Our method
For each product we review published ingredient and clinical research, the brand’s own formulation and claims, regulatory and primary sources (such as Health Canada or the FDA where relevant), and aggregated, verified user feedback. We weigh the quality of the evidence and flag when the data is limited. We do not accept payment for reviews or verdicts.
Honesty
We give a balanced verdict — strengths and weaknesses — and we say plainly when a viral product is overhyped. Our opinion is never for sale.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links are affiliate links. If you purchase through them we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our verdicts or which products we cover.
Not medical advice
Our content is educational. For diagnosis or treatment of any skin condition, please consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider.
